Too busy to drive to the dealership for service?  Don't worry, we will come pick up your car for you! We'll come to you, exchange your vehicle with a courtesy loaner vehicle, service it and return it back to you.

HOW DOES PICK UP & DELIVERY WORK?

1. Schedule your appointment online at a time that's convenient for you and select "Valet Service" under transportation options.
2. A BMW Service Advisor will be in touch to confirm the pick-up location of your choice, home or office.
3. The day of your scheduled appointment our Concierge driver will drive a courtesy loaner vehicle to your location and pick up your vehicle that needs to be serviced.  With the courtesy loaner available to you, you will never be without transportation.
4. Our Concierge Driver will safely drive your vehicle back to our Service Center at BMW of Silver Spring. Our advanced Vehicle Tracker technology allows us to know where your vehicle is at all times. Our BMW certified technicians will diagnose, service, repair and maintain your vehicle as needed. Our Concierge Driver will return your vehicle and pick-up the courtesy loaner vehicle at a location of your choice.
